Cancellation policy.

We understand plans change. Please write to us as soon as you know.

More than 30 days before check-in. Full refund, less a small administration fee.

Between 30 and 14 days before check-in. 50% refund, or the full amount held as credit toward a future stay within twelve months.

Within 14 days of check-in. Non-refundable. Where possible, we will offer to rebook you into another available window.

Gatherings. Deposits for Homestead Gatherings are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date.
