Soul Stays ("we", "us") is a small family-run homestead in Camp Mountain, Queensland. This page explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

What we collect. Names, email addresses, phone numbers and any messages you send us through the contact, booking or waitlist forms. Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

How we use it. Only to reply to you, take a booking, or let you know about the Gathering you asked about.

Who we share it with. No one, apart from the tools that make this website work — our email provider and our payments provider. We do not sell, rent or trade your information.

How long we keep it. Booking records for as long as Australian tax law requires. Waitlist and contact records until you ask us to remove them.
